This incident resulted in the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking area.

An additional two individuals have been arrested in connection with a theft at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals sustained injuries by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, according to law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in the Lambeth area on suspicion of robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals are still being held, the force said.

The arrests follow a probe into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the incident, two women were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was among the those hurt in the event. Five people went to hospital for medical care and have since been discharged.

Officers detained a 31-year-old man for suspected theft and assault close to the scene. He was subsequently released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Authorities were called at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding a number of people hurt by an irritating chemical thought to be pepper spray.

The attack - an event that authorities stated was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - caused train delays and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park briefly.
